Research Associate Pesticides with ADHD in Children

This past week in the Journal Pediatrics, researchers published an article about a relationship that has been determined between exposure to pesticides and attention deficit disorder in United States children. In order to determine this correlation, kids' urine was tested for pesticide residue, and those that had the highest levels were shown to have increased chances of developing ADHD, a disease that is associated with trouble in learning at school.
