Fat free food seems to have developed into a phenomenon. Everywhere you go signs scream "fat free" as if to indicate that the food you are likely to consume is healthier and less fattening. Many of us assume that fat free food is in fact not fattening by any means. A sad consequence of the "fat free" popularity is individuals putting that excess weight without knowing why. The word fat has quite a few definitions. Two of them are fat in the food we eat and fat that we put on our bodies as a result of eating too much bad nutrition and not sufficient exercise. It really is unfortunate that the word fat is used to describe these two totally different definitions. For the reason that very same word carries those meanings many of us tempt to think that on account of eating fat free food we will never gain fat on our bodies.
