Is Insanity Workout Right For Me?

This last year I saw a commercial on the tube for a fitness routine called Insanity. I know noticing it on tv late one evening does seem very cliche but that is how I learned about it. These folks were training so intensely. Performing high intense exercises. It all looked grueling. Of course I was impressed by the before and after pics. I was aware end results are atypical nonetheless I was on the lookout for a unique exercise routine to lose unwanted weight. I was lifting weights plus a little bit of slow steady cardio a couple of times a week but I was not losing the body weight I desired. I actually gained pounds simply because my personal eating habits were stuffed with fried foods, packaged foods, sweets, as well as eating too much.
