2. Sometimes working around the house is great because you are hitting two birds with one stone. Moving furniture around to clean can be a great exercise on its own. Making a list of things to do and timing is a great way to push harder and get the blood moving. You want your body to be throbbing. After you have got some blood moving you will see that you feel better and have more energy.
3. Diet is another important factor that you need to consider. Food habits are just as important as exercise. Everyone loves bad food but it will rob you of all of your energy. Sugar just happens to be one of the worst things for doing this. It will give you a great boost initially but soon after you will crash hard. If you get sleepy after drinking a can of soda then you already know this first hand.
